    We finally bought our own flat at Protech Tara Hira after yeaof renting. It's a 3 BHK with a carpet area of around 1150 Sq.ft, which is quite spacious for our family. Being teache, proximity to schools was crucial, and South Point School is literally next door. The Apollo Hospitals being so close is also a big relief. We moved in last month and are still settling in. The construction seems solid, and the neighbourhood feels safe. We are happy with the move and the space we have now.

The location in Sankarpur, Birubari is convenient, with South Point School and Apollo Hospitals being extremely close, almost at zero kilometer distance. It being a ready to move property completed in 2016 also gave me confidence. The Protech Group is a known developer here. I'm still getting used to the responsibilities of homeownehip, but the apartment itself is spacious and well-laid out. The proximity to the Guwahati Paltan Bazar Bus Stop is an added benefit for my commute. The main challenge is the price point, which was slightly higher than I initially anticipated for my fit investment.
