We chose Proptera Prime Villas mainly because of the proximity to schools. Sri Chaitanya International School is literally nearby, which is a huge relief for us. We booked a 3 BHK, the 1006 sq.ft size felt quite good for the family. The price range of 55 Lakh to 80.01 Lakh seemed reasonable for this location in Chennai West. Construction is ongoing, expected completion is May 2026. The hospital is also very close, which is a plus. The only downside we noticed during our visit was the dust from the ongoing construction on the main road, but we are hoping that will settle down once work is completed. Overall, the convenience for the kids is the biggest factor for us.
