The built-up area of 1674 sq.ft is quite generous for the price point back then, which was around 2.01 Crore. Being ready to move in July 2013 was a huge plus, avoiding any construction delays. The location in Choolaimedu, Gill Nagar, offegood connectivity to major areas like Nelson Manickam Road and Arcot Road. While the OC received status isn't listed, the developer Propshell has a decent track record. The 24x7 security is also a good feature to have. Overall, it has met my expectations for a rental income property in Chennai.
