I bought this 3 BHK builder floor as I wanted a ready-to-move-in place in Faridabad. Property Point Luxury Builder Floor in Sector 89 is quite well-connected, with NH 2 nearby for easy travel and Badkal Mor Metro Station accessible. The 1620 sq.ft built-up area is more than enough for me. I really appreciate the 24x7 CCTV surveillance and security provided by Property Point. The inclusion of solar energy in electrification is a nice touch for sustainability. It's a gated community, which feels safe. The only minor downside is that the street lighting could be a bit brighter in some parts of Sector 89. The price of 85 Lakh onwards felt reasonable for the amenities and location.

We chose this Property Point Luxury Builder Floor because of its proximity to schools. Manav Rachna International School is very close, which is a huge relief for us. The 3 BHK layout is practical for our family, and the 1620 sq.ft built-up area gives everyone enough peonal space. The Vastu compliant design was also a factor for us. Property Point seems to have put in good amenities like water conservation and rain water harvesting systems, which is responsible. The gated community aspect provides a sense of security. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully that will settle down soon. The price point of 85 Lakh onwards was within our budget.
