We just moved into our 3 BHK villa at Propconnect CD Villa. The builtup area is 2400 sq.ft, which feels quite spacious for us. Being ready to move was a huge plus as we didn't want to wait. The location in Sholinganallur is decent, close enough to OMR for work commutes, nearby. Power backup is reassuring, especially during Chennai’s unpredictable weather. The main concern is the traffic getting onto OMR during peak hou, it can be frustrating sometimes. Also, the price point of 2.25 Crore onwards felt a bit high initially, but the villa itself is well-constructed and we liked the privacy.

The 2400 sq.ft builtup area is more than enough for me right now. The location in Chennai South, Sholinganallur is developing well. I really appreciate the fire sprinkleand power backup provided, making it feel safe. The price was 2.25 Crore onwards, which was the top end of my budget, but the quality seems good. My only slight worry is the distance to the Karanai Bus Stop, which is nearby. It makes public transport a bit inconvenient if needed.

It was completed in December 2023 and is ready to move in, which suited our timeline perfectly. The 24x7 water supply is a big relief. The only drawback we've noticed so far is the dust on the internal roads within the community, probably due to ongoing landscaping or construction nearby. Otherwise, the area is peaceful and good for children.
