The biggest factor for us was the proximity to schools; St. Britto High School is literally nearby, which has made our mornings so much easier. Vision Hospital Goa is also very close by, which is reassuring. The children love the spectacular view of the national park from our living room window. Profile Developments ensured the project was ready to move in by August 2021. The apartment has three open sides, providing ample cross-ventilation. Our only reservation is the dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity, which can be a bit botheome sometimes. We are hoping this improves over time.
