We were looking for a ready-to-move flat in Hyderabad and PRK Rajender Residency caught our eye. The 1100 sq.ft 2 BHK we saw felt spacious enough for us. It's located in Serilingampally, which is a decent area. The price range of 40.7 L to 55.5 L seemed competitive for the size. We liked the idea of having a gymnasium and a children's play area within the complex. PRK Construction seems to have completed this project back in May 2015, so it's not brand new but seems well-maintained. The proximity to the Outer-Ring Road is a big plus for commuting.
