This is my fit property purchase, so I was a bit nervous. I chose Priyanka Akah 1 because it is ready to move and the price of 60.0 Lakhs seemed reasonable for the size. The 3 BHK flat is 2250 square feet, which gives us plenty of room to grow. I really appreciate the 24x7 security and the video door security features, which make me feel safe. The developer, Priyanka Group, seems reliable. The area is developing nicely too, with the highway not too far away.

We moved into Priyanka Akah 1 about two months ago. The 2250 square foot 3 BHK flat is quite spacious, which is good for us. Having the Gotri Ring Road nearby is convenient for getting around Vadodara. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex looks nice. Power backup is a definite plus, we had issues with that in our previous place. One small thing is the traffic noise sometimes from the main road, but it is not too bad during the night. Overall, it feels like a peaceful place to live for someone retired.
