We liked the modern amenities like the gymnasium and indoor games, perfect for unwinding after work. The built-up area is 1230 square feet, which is comfortable for us. The price point was within our budget, around 72.51 Lakh for our unit. Power backup is a big relief, especially with Chennai's unpredictable weather. The only small drawback is the parking area feels a little cramped, especially if you have guests. But the Mettukuppam Bus Stop being a short distance is useful.
