However, I am a bit concerned about the OC status not being readily available. The developer, Priya Construction, needs to clarify this. While the amenities like car parking and lift are standard, the overall maintenance charges will be key for future returns. The location on Alapakkam Main Road is decent, but direct access could be better.

It is conveniently located near the Chennai Bypass, making travel easier. The developer, Priya Construction, has provided a party hall and a club house which I might use occasionally. My only concern is the traffic noise from the main road sometimes, especially during peak houOtherwise, the availability of a children's play area and good storm water drains are plus points.

Being a government employee, having Velammal Vidyalaya Alapakkam just about 1 kilometer away is fantastic for our children. The built-up area is 1158 square feet, which is a good size for our family. The price of 70 Lakh was within our budget. We liked the idea of having a gymnasium and a swimming pool for weekend relaxation. The security features like video door security are reassuring. The only downside we have noticed is that during certain times of the day, the parking area can get a bit congested. But overall, it’s a convenient place to live.
