The built-up area ranges from 1100 to 1550 square feet, offering good space for potential renteThe price point between 37.41 Lakh and 67.43 Lakh seemed reasonable for the Mysore market, especially for a ready-to-move property. The developer, Prithvi Infrastructure, has delivered projects before. Connectivity to the Mysore New Good Railway Station is good, which is a plus for rentals. The amenities like the skating rink and indoor games might attract tenants. My only worry is the lack of OC received information, which could be an issue down the line. Still, the location in Siddhartha Layout is promising for appreciation.

We chose Prithvi Lifestyle because of its proximity to Kendriya Vidyalaya, which is nearby. That was the biggest factor for us with two school-going children. The 2 BHK apartments, around 850 to 1000 square feet, are practical for our family. The children's play area is a good amenity, and the landscaping looks well-maintained. Having a swimming pool is a bonus for the weekends. The location in Siddhartha Layout offedecent connectivity. The construction was completed a while back, back in December 2012. The main issue we've noticed is dust from nearby roads, which is common in developing areas. Overall, it’s a decent place for families.

Moving to Mysore for work and needed something close to Narayana Hospital. Prithvi Lifestyle is practically next door, which is a huge relief. The 3 BHK apartments are between 1100 and 1550 square feet, giving plenty of room. The ready-to-move status was essential, and it was completed in December 2012. I appreciate the 24x7 security and the fire fighting system, important for peace of mind. The jogging track is also a nice touch for staying active. My only slight concern is the traffic on Jawa Main Road during peak hou, but the proximity to the hospital outweighs that for me. The prices are within the 37.41 Lakh to 67.43 Lakh range.
