We just bought our fit flat here at Pristine Reliable Green Fields. It's a 2 BHK and the built-up area is around 900 square feet, which felt spacious enough for us. The price point was also within our budget, around 35 Lakhs, which was a big factor for our initial purchase. We visited the site a couple of times and the construction looked pretty solid. It's ready to move in, so we don't have to wait long. The location in Harlur is convenient, close to Harlur Main Road. We haven't moved in yet but are looking forward to starting our new life here. The developer, Pristine Builde, seems to have completed this project back in 2005, so it's not brand new but that's okay for our fit home.

The price was around 55 Lakhs, which was on the higher side but manageable given the size. It's ready to move, which was great. The location in Bangalore East is decent, and it's good that VIBGYOR High School is nearby, making school runs much easier. However, one thing that concerned me was the dust and noise from nearby road construction, which seems ongoing. The project was completed in December 2005 by Pristine Builde, so it's an older property, and we will need to check the maintenance carefully.
