We purchased a 3 BHK villa in Pristine Homes from Vihaan. The construction is complete and it was ready to move in, which was ideal for us. We needed space for our extended family and the 900 square feet area is quite generous. The location in Sector 10 Noida Extension is convenient, with good access to the Noida-Greater Noida Link Road. Power backup is a useful amenity, especially during monsoon season. The price point was within our expectations for a villa in this developing area of Greater Noida. We are happy with the initial quality we have observed.
