    I bought a 2 BHK flat here around six months ago. The carpet area is about 526 sq.ft, which is decent for a single peon like me. The location in Mahalunge is pretty good, especially being close to the Mumbai highway. It makes my commute easier. The amenities are also quite nice, I use the gymnasium regularly. The price was within my budget, around 55 Lakhs. It was ready to move in when I purchased it, which was a big plus. The only issue is that the roads around the project can get quite busy during peak hou, making access a bit slow sometimes. But overall, it's a peaceful place.
