St. Michael's Academy is literally nearby, and Kauvery Hospital is also right there, which provides immense peace of mind. The 3 BHK flat we looked at was 1872 square feet, which is quite large. The builder, Pristine Konstruction, has included essential amenities like lifts and 24x7 CCTV. The kids' play area is also good. My only slight worry is the parking situation; it can get a bit congested during peak houwith everyone coming and going. The price of 2.96 Crore onwards is high, but the convenience is worth it.

The Vastu compliance was a nice touch. However, I found the price of 2.96 Crore upwards to be quite steep compared to similar projects in other parts of Chennai. The 3 BHK flat is large enough, 1872 square feet, so we have plenty of space. Having the Adyar Bus Depot at nearby is convenient for occasional travel. The lift is always working and the 24x7 CCTV surveillance gives a sense of security. My only minor concern is the traffic noise sometimes from the main road, although our building is set back a bit. Otherwise, it's a peaceful place to live.
