As someone who looks at numbeclosely, the pricing around 68 Lakhs for a 1004 Sq.ft 2 BHK seemed quite reasonable given the Medavakkam location. The developer, Prisha homes, has a history of timely delivery which provides some comfort. The construction uses an RCC framed structure, which is standard but good. The proximity to Medavakkam Metro Station, nearby, is a significant advantage for connectivity. We also noted the availability of 24x7 water supply, which is essential. The only slight drawback is the lack of readily available OC details, which adds a bit of a question mark for immediate resale value discussions, though the project is marked as Ready to Move.

We work in IT and the nearby distance to the Medavakkam Metro Station is fantastic for our daily commute. Velechery Main Road is also nearby, giving us easy access to other parts of the city. Prisha homes has equipped the apartment with essential amenities like power backup and 24x7 water supply. The security is also decent. Our only slight worry is the price range, which goes up to 94 Lakhs for the larger 3 BHKs; it felt a bit on the higher side compared to other projects we saw in the vicinity. However, the Ready to Move status and the November 2023 completion date worked well for us.
