    We finally decided on a 2 BHK in Prince Blossom. We're currently renting and wanted more space for our growing family. The carpet area is between 950 and 1000 square feet, which feels quite large compared to our current place. The location in Neelambur is great because Kovai Vidya Mandhir School is just 0 kilometeaway, and Royal Care Super Speciality Hospital is also right there. This convenience is a huge plus for us. The price range for this configuration is around 55 Lakhs to 60 Lakhs. The project is still under construction, aiming for December 2028 completion. The Children's Play Area and landscaping are nice additions we're looking forward to. We just hope the construction stays on schedule.
