I picked a 2 BHK, which is 995 square feet – perfectly adequate for my needs. The Wi-Fi and 24x7 CCTV Surveillance are convenient. Having a Spa and a Swimming Pool within the complex is a fantastic way to unwind after long shifts. The developer, Primrose Infratech Pvt Ltd, seems reliable. The proximity to Knowledge Park 2 Metro Station, nearby, is also a plus for exploring the city. The overall environment is quite peaceful.

We were renting a smaller place and decided to upgrade to Primrose Ryne. We opted for a 3 BHK measuring 1260 square feet. It's much more comfortable for us. The availability of an Open Gym and a decent-sized Gymnasium is great for staying fit. We also liked that the project is Vastu Compliant. The Fire Fighting System is a necessary safety feature. We are happy with the move so far. The only minor drawback is the noise from ongoing construction in nearby secto, which can be a bit botheome sometimes. But it's a ready-to-move property and the price was manageable.
