We liked that it includes a children's play area and indoor games, which is great for when we have friends over. The 24x7 security and power backup are essential for us given our busy schedules. It's still under construction, with completion scheduled for July 2027. The location in Kolhe Mala, Narayangaon is a bit far from the main city but offea peaceful environment. The prices were not available, which made budgeting a bit difficult, but overall the amenities seem good.

The construction is ongoing, with an expected completion date of July 2027. The only thing that concerns me is the dust and noise from the ongoing construction, but that's expected.
