After renting for yea, we decided to upgrade and bought a 3 BHK in Prime Tower 11. The built-up area is around 1958 Sq.ft, which gives us much more space. The Jacuzzi is a lovely addition for unwinding. Being adjacent to Nucleus Mall is incredibly convenient for daily shopping and entertainment. The price point, starting from 99.65 Lakh, was competitive. The location in Maradu is peaceful compared to the city center. We are happy with the overall feel of the apartment and the community.
