We decided to get a place for my parents in Anand and found Prime Pearl. The location in V. V. Nagar near Shastri Baug is quite convenient for them. They mentioned the 24/7 water supply is a big plus, something they missed in their previous rental. The 3 BHK flat size is good, around 452 square feet carpet area, which gives them enough space. I also liked that it has an earthquake-resistant structure, which gives me peace of mind living so far away. Security seems decent with 24/7 surveillance. My only worry is that Waghawadi Road can get busy, so traffic might be an issue sometimes, but hopefully, it’s not too bad for them.

I needed a place that was centrally located and Prime Pearl in V. V. Nagar fit the bill. It's ready to move in, which was perfect for my timeline. The 24/7 security and CCTV surveillance are reassuring for someone living alone. The apartment size, 452 square feet for a 3 BHK, feels manageable and is well laid out. Being close to the Vallabh Vidhyanagar Bus Stop, a short distance, is really helpful for my daily commute. The only downside is that construction dust can still be a bit of a problem in the immediate vicinity, but I'm hoping that settles down soon. Overall, it’s a practical choice for a single peon.

We were looking for our fit home and Prime Pearl caught our eye. It's ready to move in, which meant we could settle in without waiting. The location in V. V. Nagar is quite good, very close to Vasantiben And Chandubhai Patel English School, which is great for future planning. The 452 square feet carpet area for the 3 BHK is decent, providing enough room for us. We liked the 24x7 security and water supply. However, the parking situation might become a little challenging as more residents move in, especially if you have more than one vehicle. The project by Prime Developeseems solid overall, but parking is something to watch.

The proximity to IRIS HOSPITAL is excellent, literally just a few minutes away, which is a huge advantage for my professional. The 3 BHK flat offea carpet area of 452 sq.ft, which is spacious enough. I appreciate the earthquake-resistant structure; it’s a crucial feature. Having 24/7 water supply is non-negotiable, and they provide that. The area near M. B. Patel Science College is developing nicely. One thing to note is that while it’s close to the highway, the internal roads leading to the building could be a bit better maintained.
