The location is good, being near Karanthangal Bus Stop (0.5 km) and accessible via the Kandrathur- Sriperumbudur Road. Prime Properties Chennai developed this site, and it was ready to move in 2013. The connectivity is decent. One thing we are slightly worried about is the lack of amenities like a gym or clubhouse, which we see in newer projects.
