  We are a couple of teacheand have been renting for yeaWe decided it was time to buy our own commercial space, maybe a small office or shop, and Prime Citiplex caught our eye. The ready-to-move-in aspect was very appealing as we didn't want to wait. It's situated in Vasco Da Gama, South Goa, which is a developing area. The proximity to schools like Kendriya Vidyalaya and hospitals like Daffodils Multi-Speciality Hospital is very convenient, even though we are buying for commercial purposes. Prime BuildeGoa has a decent track record. We found the space practical. However, the dust from ongoing nearby constructions was noticeable during our site visits. We are hoping this settles down once everything is completed.

I did find the approach road to the project a bit narrow, which could be a minor inconvenience for some clients, especially during busy times. Nevertheless, the overall potential for growth in South Goa is high.
