The 4 BHK flat, measuring 3740 Sq.ft, offeample room for our growing family. We liked the cycling and jogging track for our morning exercise routine. The location near Panangad is reasonably connected. However, the traffic on NH 47 can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is something we have to consider for our daily commute. The swimming pool is a nice amenity for relaxation on weekends. The price of 3.37 Crore is within our reach now.
