We appreciated the inclusion of a squash court and a tennis court among the amenities, offering good recreational options. The project has good landscaping and seems well-planned. The 24x7 security system is robust. Power backup is also essential for our work. While the overall project looks good, the parking space could be a bit more generous, especially for visitoHowever, considering it's a Prime Group project and it's ready for occupancy, it’s a solid investment.

The price point is manageable, around 35 Lakh. It is located in Electronic City, so the commute to my office is manageable, though the traffic can be frustrating some days. I liked that there is a swimming pool and a gymnasium available, which saves me time going out. The 24x7 security is also a big plus for me living alone. The Internet/Wi-Fi facility is also convenient. The only minor issue is the dust from nearby construction sites, but hopefully that will settle down. Overall, it feels safe and convenient.
