The price is within our budget, starting from 57.99 Lakhs for the 2 BHKs and going up to 1.08 Crore for the larger ones. One thing that's bothering me a little is the construction dust from ongoing work in the area. It's a new launch, so that's expected, but I hope it settles down soon after we move in. The project itself looks well-planned with a garden and jogging track.
