The price was within my budget, around 50 Lakhs. The amenities like the medical facilities and mini theatre are convenient. While the OC received status is not available, the developer Primarc Projects has a history of delivery. The main concern for me is the noise from the nearby highway sometimes, but I am looking into soundproofing options.
