The location in Charholi Budruk is okay, not too far from the Pune-Nashik National Highway which is convenient for my husband’s commute. The price point at around 99 Lakhs felt a bit high for the area, but the builder Pride Group has a decent reputation. We haven't moved in yet, but completion is slated for September 2025. We are a bit worried about the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but hope that settles down soon after we move in. The recreation facilities seem promising though.
