We bought a 3 BHK villa in Pride Vatika Villas because our kids needed more space and good schools nearby. The plot area goes up to 4500 sq.ft for some villas, offering plenty of room for outdoor play. The children's play area is a big hit with our little ones. We were impressed that Pride Group completed this project by December 2019 and it's ready to move in. The location off Bannerghatta Road is decent, and it's relatively easy to access NH 44. The S-VYASA AROGYADHAMA PRASHANTI KUTIRAM is also close by, which is nice for weekend relaxation. One issue we've noticed is that the dust levels can be high sometimes due to ongoing development in the area, but we are managing.

The villa has a super builtup area of about 1500 sq.ft, which is perfect for our needs. We love the jogging track and the gym here; it makes staying fit easy. The nearby Endeavour Academy is nearby, which is convenient if we decide to start a family soon. The only downside is the distance to the Silk Institute Metro Station, which is quite far at over nearby. It makes commuting to central Bengaluru a bit of a challenge sometimes.

The super builtup area is around 1291 sq.ft which feels spacious enough for us right now. We liked the landscaping and the swimming pool which are well-maintained. The location off Bannerghatta Road in Jigani is developing well. Getting onto NH 44 is also fairly straightforward. My only small concern is the traffic on Bannerghatta Road during peak houcan be quite heavy. We are still exploring the amenities like the amphitheater and multipurpose hall. Overall, it’s a good start for us.
