The built-up area of 1075 square feet is adequate for a single peon or a small family. The price point, starting around 59.11 Lakhs, seemed competitive for the area in North Hyderabad. It's still under construction, with a target completion of June 2028. One thing that slightly concerns me is the lack of readily available OC (Occupancy Certificate) information. I prefer to have that sorted before final payment. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are good, and the gated community aspect offesecurity.
