Having Vidhya Niketan Public School right at nearby is incredibly convenient, and The Eye Foundation is also right there, which is a huge plus for peace of mind. The location on Avinashi Road is generally well-connected. My only slight worry is the traffic noise sometimes, being so close to a main road. However, the amenities like the gymnasium are good for staying active. Pricol Properties seems to have a decent track record.
