The project by Prestige Projects Pvt Ltd is located at Whitefield Hope Farm Junction, which is a well-developed area in Bengaluru. They offer 4 BHK villas with built-up areas from 3606 sq.ft. To 5091 sq.ft. It's ready to move, so my parents could settle in immediately. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and piped gas connection are essential for their comfort. The location is also good with Pattandur Agrahara Metro Station nearby. The price was around 6.5 Crore for the unit I selected. The award-winning status from 2014 also reassured me about the quality. I just wish the OC received status was available.
