We chose Prestige Park because we wanted to build a home close to good schools for our children. Late Devkibai Bang School & College is within a reasonable distance, which was a major factor for us. The plots offered by Sakshi Karan Dubey start from 1008 Sq.ft and go up to 3922 Sq.ft, giving us options. The project has amenities like Landscaping & Tree Planting and Recreation Facilities, which will be great for the kids. We are hoping the construction finishes by June 2027 as planned. My only concern is the traffic on the main roads during peak hou, especially when commuting to the school which is nearby, and the rural hospital too. We are hoping the internal roads will ease some of the congestion once completed.
