    As a retired professional, I wanted a peaceful place to live, and Prestige Oasis has largely delivered. The Japanese Haiku aesthetic villas are beautiful and the Vastu compliant design was important to my wife. The built-up area for the 3 BHK is 2710 sq.ft, which is a good size for us. The landscaping is lovely, and the fountains add a nice touch. The gymnasium is useful for staying fit. However, I wish the OC received status was available, as it makes resale a bit uncertain. The price range of 4.64 Crore to 7.58 Crore is significant, but the quality seems to match. The 24x7 security is reassuring.

    We bought a 4 BHK villa here for our family. The size is about 4430 sq.ft, so everyone has their own space. The project was completed in 2009 and it feels quite established now. The landscaping and tree planting have made the place look very green and pleasant. My kids love the swimming pool and the tennis court is a great addition for weekend fun. The location in North Bangalore, near Doddaballapur Road, is convenient for us. My only concern is the traffic on Doddaballapur Road during peak hou, it can get quite congested. But the 24x7 water supply and security are excellent. It's a good community.

I really liked the Japanese Haiku aesthetic of the villas, it gives a very calm vibe. The swimming pool and gymnasium are also well-maintained, which is important for me as I like to stay active. The security is 24x7 with video door security, which gives me peace of mind when I am away. The only minor issue is that the medical store is a bit far, so I have to plan ahead if I need something urgently. Overall, it’s a decent place.
