    Finally settled into my new place at Prestige Downtown. The location is excellent for my work, being so close to MGM Healthcare. I chose a 3 BHK flat around 1753 Sq.ft; it has enough space and feels quite comfortable. It was ready to move in which was a huge relief after the relocation stress. The Vastu compliance was a nice touch. My only slight concern is the traffic noise during peak hou, but I’m getting used to it. The gymnasium and swimming pool are well-maintained. Overall, it’s a good setup for someone starting fresh in Chennai.

We bought a 3 BHK flat that’s about 1904 Sq.ft, giving the kids plenty of room to play. The complex has a good swimming pool and a table tennis area which the children love. It’s also ready to move in, so we shifted immediately after purchase. Being close to Ashok Nagar Metro Station is convenient for travelling to other parts of the city. The discothek amenity is a bit unusual but maybe fun for some.
