The location at Maradu, close to Petta Metro Station (1.67 kms), is excellent for my daily commute. The construction was completed in February 2020, and it’s ready to move in. I liked the idea of having a gymnasium and a swimming pool available. My only slight concern is that the price, starting from 1.84 Crore, is quite steep for a single peon. However, the quality and amenities provided by Prestige Projects Pvt Ltd make it a worthwhile choice for me.
