Prerna Developehas a track record, and this property being ready to move in March 2016 meant I could potentially rent it out quickly. The Daskroi, Vastral area has potential for growth. While OC details were not readily available, the project completion date was in the past. The price point makes it a good option for rental yield. I am considering renting it out immediately. The gym and children's play area are decent amenities for attracting tenants.
