This is my fit property purchase, so I was quite nervous. Prerna Aura seemed like a good starting point because it's ready to move. I liked that they mentioned earthquake resistant structure and fire sprinkle, which made me feel safer about the construction quality. The location off Sanand - Nalsarovar Road is developing and quite accessible. Having 24x7 water supply and power backup is very convenient for daily living. The nearby Vikas Vidhyalay at nearby is also a good sign for future development in the area. I haven't faced any major issues so far, but the surrounding roads are still a bit rough in places.

I needed something ready to move in and Prerna Aura fit the bill. The 24x7 water supply was a big plus for me. The location off Sanand - Nalsarovar Road is decent, though getting to the main highway NH 947 takes a bit of driving, around 6 kilometeI liked that the building mentions earthquake resistant structure, that’s important. Power backup is also included which gives peace of mind. The only slight issue is the road leading to the project can be a little dusty sometimes, especially during construction. Overall, it feels secure and functional for my needs as a single peon.
