It's close to Shanti Asiatic School (1.86 KM) and Saraswati Multispeciality Hospital (6.29 KM), which are important for my parents. The project offespacious 3 BHK flats of 1935 Sq.ft built-up area, starting from 1.12 Crore. The amenities like the Library and Senior Citizen Siteout are perfect for them. My parents will appreciate the security features mentioned. The completion date is June 2025, which gives us ample time. The 23' Wide Road Access to the project is also good. The only minor concern is the distance to the Thaltej Metro Station at nearly nearby.
