Having a reliable lift and power backup is a huge relief, especially during Chennai's unpredictable weather. The location is also convenient, being close to schools like Velammal Vidyalaya Mogappair West. We moved in easily because it's ready to move. The only slight inconvenience is that the built-up area of 810 sq.ft feels a tad small for our growing book collection, but we are making it work. Premier Buildecompleted the construction in July 2014.
