The location is quite strategic, with Annai Arul Hospital a short distance and a school nearby. I purchased a 900 Sq.ft plot, which felt like a good starting investment for me. The price was around 35.96 Lakh, which seemed fair for a ready-to-move plot in this area. Premier Housing & Properties has provided essential amenities like gated community access and security.
