The price was around 20 L, fitting our budget. It is a gated community, and the internal roads and footpaths are well-constructed. We liked the landscaping and tree planting aspect. Being close to the Chennai-Bengaluru highway is convenient for our commutes. Premier Housing & Properties has delivered a ready-to-move project. The only downside is the distance to the main city attractions, which can be a bit of a trek. Also, the airport metro station is nearby.

Premier Housing & Properties has built this. The location is decent, close to the Chennai-Bengaluru highway. My only concern is that the plot areas for the villas are quite small, especially the 1 BHK at 525 Sq.ft. It feels a bit cramped for long-term living, but okay for now.

The price range is between 15.48 L and 43.73 L. However, the dust from ongoing construction nearby can be a concern sometimes, and we hope the OC has been sorted out, although it's not available.
