The location in Brahmagiri, Moodanidamboor Village is quite convenient, especially since Vidyodaya Public School is just a short distance away. That makes the morning school run so much easier. After a long career, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down in Udupi. Premier Capitol offered a ready-to-move-in option which suited my immediate needs. The location in Brahmagiri, Moodanidamboor Village is reasonably accessible. Having Adaha Hospital just a short distance away provides a sense of security at this stage of life. While the project itself is decent, I find the parking area a bit cramped. It can be challenging to maneuver larger vehicles. Also, during my site visits, there was quite a bit of dust from ongoing construction in adjacent plots, which was a slight nuisance. However, the apartment is comfortable enough for my needs.
