The location is decent, close enough to the Mansarovar Metro Station for commuting, and also near important facilities like Shalby Hospital. We are looking at a plot size of approximately 431 Sq.ft for our fit home. Prem Lata is the developer, and they have a timeline of December 2025 for completion. The area is still developing, so expect some construction related dust and noise for now. One minor issue we've noticed is the water supply reliability in the area during peak summer months, which the sales team acknowledged and said they are working on improving. It's a significant step up from renting.
