The villa I chose has a built up area of 1600 square feet, which feels quite spacious for my family. Preeti DevelopePvt Ltd has already received the occupation certificate, so the move-in process was very straightforward. The gym and swimming pool are well maintained, and it is nice to have 24 houwater supply and electricity backup. My only minor concern is that the local area is still developing, so the dust levels are a bit high right now. However, the greenery inside the campus helps a lot with the overall atmosphere. We really like that it is a gated community because safety was our top priority. Our kids really enjoy the outdoor games area in the evening. Since the project is ready to move, we did not have to wait for any construction delays. The pucca roads inside the society are well laid and the street lights are bright at night. We feel very secure here because of the CCTV cameras and round the clock security peonnel. It is a bit far from the main city shopping cente, which can be a slight inconvenience when we run out of groceries, but the quiet surroundings make it worth the trade off.
