    Moving to a villa at Preeti RaagaMayuri was a big decision for our family. My kids are already excited about the swimming pool and the dedicated play area mentioned in the brochure. We chose the 1722 Sq.ft 3 BHK villa because we really needed the extra space. Having a senior citizen park is also a huge relief since my parents will be staying with us. The location in Palasamudram is quiet and peaceful, although we will need to commute a bit for daily school runs. Preeti Developehas been consistent with project updates which gives us confidence. The gated community setup with 24 housecurity peonnel is exactly what we wanted for our children safety. We are eagerly waiting to move in once the project finishes by July 2025.

I liked that the villas are Vastu compliant and the layout feels practical for older people. We selected the 1350 Sq.ft villa as it is just the right size for them to manage. The presence of a clubhouse and indoor games facility will keep them active. One minor thing is that the connectivity to the main NH-7 can be a bit busy, but that is expected in growing areas. Preeti Developehas promised 24 houbackup electricity and water supply which is essential. My parents visited the site in Devanahalli and liked the landscaping work done so far. It seems like a solid choice for a peaceful retirement home.

    I decided to put my money into Preeti RaagaMayuri because the location near the Yelahanka Doddaballapura Highway seems promising for future growth. Preeti Developehas planned this as a large gated community with plenty of open space and greenery which usually attracts good rental value later on. I opted for a residential plot since the budget starts from 19.78 Lakhs which is quite affordable for North Bangalore. The project is currently under construction and they are targeting completion by July 2025. It is not the most high end project but for an investment at this stage, it makes sense. I just hope the internal road work finishes on time because there is currently a lot of dust during my visits. Overall, it looks like a decent bet for long term gains.

    My experience with Preeti Developehas been smooth so far. I booked a plot at Preeti RaagaMayuri because I wanted the flexibility to build a custom home later. The location near Palasamudram is quite strategic and the property is well fenced with a compound wall. I appreciate that they have included fire safety systems and CCTV cameras across the premises. The jogging track and landscaped garden areas are well marked in the master plan. It is nice to see them focusing on waste management and rain water harvesting as well. My only slight complaint is that the approach road leading to the site is a bit narrow at some points, which might get congested once all the units are occupied. Still, the overall value for the money is hard to beat.

    Analyzing the cost veus utility, Preeti RaagaMayuri offea fair deal for a 3 BHK villa in North Bangalore. I specifically looked at the 1615 Sq.ft unit and found the planning to be efficient. The price bracket going up to 57.6 Lakhs is reasonable when you consider the amenities like a tennis court and volleyball court. Preeti Developeis providing a gated community environment which is much better than buying a standalone house elsewhere. However, I did notice that the construction pace on the outer boundary walls could be faster. Traffic near the Devanahalli stretch can get heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a concern for daily commuteIt is a decent project for someone looking for a balanced lifestyle.
