  We finally upgraded from our rental apartment to a 3 BHK in Preeti Elements 5. The saleable area is approximately 1958 sq.ft, and we paid around 1.15 Cr. It’s a significant upgrade in space and quality. We love the layout, especially the island configuration which provides excellent privacy with no common walls. The double height balconies add a nice aesthetic touch. The location in North Bangalore is decent, and we liked that Kensri School is only nearby, which is convenient for our children. Preeti DevelopePvt LTD D has offered a good product. The only issue we are facing is slightly lower water pressure during peak usage times, which can be a bit inconvenient.

C. E. C. H. S. Layout, is a familiar area for them. The island configuration with no common walls was also a plus for privacy. I haven't peonally seen the parking situation, but my parents mentioned it's manageable. I'm hoping the maintenance charges are reasonable going forward.

The amenities like the steam room and sauna bath are great for unwinding after a long day. Preeti DevelopePvt LTD D has delivered a project with good thought put into the design and resident comfort. My only minor worry is the dust from nearby construction, which is typical in developing areas.

The price was approximately 1.10 Cr. Being ready to move was essential, and we appreciated the developer, Preeti DevelopePvt LTD D, for completing the project. The yoga and meditation area is something we use regularly. The library is also a welcome addition for quiet reading. The location is reasonably well-connected, with Jakkur Main Road nearby. However, the approach road to the project could be better maintained; it’s a bit narrow and dusty at times. Still, it’s a comfortable living space.

My main concern is the distance to the Baiyappanahalli Metro Station, which is nearby, making daily commuting by metro a bit challenging. However, for the price and the space, I feel it's a good debut purchase.
