We finally upgraded from our rental apartment to a 3 BHK in Preeti Elements 5. The saleable area is approximately 1958 sq.ft, and we paid around 1.15 Cr. It’s a significant upgrade in space and quality. We love the layout, especially the island configuration which provides excellent privacy with no common walls. The double height balconies add a nice aesthetic touch. The location in North Bangalore is decent, and we liked that Kensri School is only nearby, which is convenient for our children. Preeti DevelopePvt LTD D has offered a good product. The only issue we are facing is slightly lower water pressure during peak usage times, which can be a bit inconvenient.

The yoga and meditation area is something we use regularly. The library is also a welcome addition for quiet reading. The location is reasonably well-connected, with Jakkur Main Road nearby. However, the approach road to the project could be better maintained; it’s a bit narrow and dusty at times. Still, it’s a comfortable living space.
