We chose Preet Apartments because it is a gated community and felt safer for the kids. The children's play area is a good size, and they have landscaping which makes the place look nice. We got a 3 BHK which is 1600 square feet, so there is plenty of room for everyone. The swimming pool is also a bonus for weekend relaxation. My husband likes the cycling track for his morning exercise. The location in Naldehra is quite peaceful compared to the city center. It was completed in December 2011, so it's an older construction but seems well-maintained. The internal roads are also decent. We are happy with the space we have here for our family.

The 1600 square feet size for the 3 BHK is quite generous. My only minor concern is that the access road to the project could be a bit better maintained; it's a bit narrow for my liking.

ColoProperties & Infrastructure did a good job with the landscaping and tree planting, making the surroundings pleasant. It is a gated community, which offegood security. The internal roads and footpaths are well laid out. The project, Preet Apartments, was ready to move in from December 2011. One thing that could be improved is the noise from the nearby main road sometimes, especially during peak hou, but inside the apartment, it’s usually fine. Overall, it’s a good property.
