We were looking for a ready to move flat in Surat and found Prayosha Bliss. The 2 BHK flat is 1040 square feet, which is a good size for us. The price was around 27 Lakhs, fitting our budget. We liked the landscaping and the idea of solar lighting. The entrance lobby looks nice too. Parking is in the basement which is convenient. My wife is happy with the overall look and feel. It seems like a peaceful place to live away from the main city hustle. We are looking forward to settling in soon.
