The location in Laxminagar is convenient, being close to both School of Scholaand Orange City Hospital. That proximity is a big relief. The price starting from 1.01 Crore was manageable with our combined salaries and a home loan. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch to the surroundings. We liked the 24x7 security feature as well, it gives us peace of mind. The only slight worry is the parking situation; it can get a bit tight sometimes.
